my experience with Bars To Go, well its more like my experience with "The Patrice Mchugh" she is a beautiful and wonderful teacher, i luv the fact that she is strict and loyal to her job but, its not a job anymore, because i know its something she enjoys doing.
I have had fun, and i know there will be more fun to experience, the course is great people, the food is wonderful, meeting new people and all is wonderful. It's a new learning process for me and i'm going to make the best of it. |

Patrice McHugh is perhaps the most unbiased person I've ever met. She treats everybody with equal courtesy, respect and regard; from the person doing the most menial chore to the Chairperson of The Board. It doesn't matter to her - everybody's the same. She's a highly self motivated individual with a clear sense of purpose and intent.
It was always a pleasure to witness her dedication to her studies and when the opportunity presented itself for her to immerse herself in her chosen profession, she immediately pursued studies in the field and continues to upgrade her skills through enrollment in a number of internationally accredited programmes.
Patrice has proven to be a take-charge person who is able to successfully develop plans and implement them. She is organized, efficient, extremely competent, and has an excellent rapport with people of all ages. Her communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent.
I have used Pat’s services on a number of occasions, and have found her work to be efficient, effective and highly professional. Having agreed the scope of the work required, we established a time frame and budget. Pat completed the work on time, and within budget, and we are delighted with the results.
Working with Pat McHugh on the launch and execution of the all-island Diageo Learning for Life Project Bartender and Project Tourism has been nothing short of amazing. Without her drive, professionalism and passion to empower inner-city youth, Red Stripe, Diageo would not have been able to bring to life our goal of enriching communities and our purpose of celebrating life every-day, everywhere,
No matter what was asked Pat delivered on time and in full and even exceeded expectations. Through leveraging her own relationships she single-mindedly ensured that other partners came on board namely the Social Development Commission ( our recruiting partner) and Trade Winds Citrus Ltd. (who now support the programmes and improve the nutrition of our students through the complimentary provision of vitamin enriched Freshhh Juice Drinks). If that were not enough Pat ensures that these programmes are at the forefront of public awareness by leveraging her relationships across all media (social, electronic and press).
We really couldn’t ask for a better partner and thank Patrice McHugh from the bottom of our hearts.

| My experience with Bars To Go as been a fulfilling and educating. Thanks to my instructor Mrs. Patrice Mchugh for widening my knowledge in bartending and mixology,at least now I can go to a bar and I know what exactly I should get from a bartender. Thanks to Red Stripe and UWI Mona Guild as this wouldn't be possible. I will definatly not be selfish with this knowledge and would recommend anyone to train here. | well i must say that it was a great honour to be apart of an elite group that has just completed the safety inititave training sponsored by red stripe bars to go and uwi.thanks to Patrice for her intellectual input she was great i really enjoyed it she made it very entertaining. i would HIGHLY recommened anyone to have her as facilitator, once again it was great being apart of this phenominon event see you all the world of mixology thaks have a nice day |

This program was a pleasure to be apart of. My group and I learnt several skills to use in a bar and promote on Campus including Responsible Drinking.
the sessions were very informative and conducted will by the teacher (Mrs. Patrice McHugh).
The UWI Mona Guild of students through the Safety Initiative Program is happy to have benfitted from the program.

| My training at the Bars to Go Training Institute was a remarkable one. I did a four week spirit and mixology course, and now being a certified bartender is a great asset that will compliment my degree. Mrs. Wilson-McHue was a great teacher and I truly learnt a lot from this experience. I would recommend this course to anyone who desires a worth while and truly fulfilling experience. |

| I was introduced to Bars 2 Go through a joint programme with Red Stripe & the UWI Guild. Even though it is 4 weeks, I am enjoying every single session!! I have been introduced to sooo many mixes that allows me to appreciate a good cocktail!! So no more separated rum & coke mixes!! I prefer a good whiskey sour or a bailey's martini with egg nog!! Thanks Patrice!! You've taught me a lot in the space of 3 saturdays :) |

| HI AM TANEISHA ALLWOOD A STUDENT OF THE BARS TO GO TRAINING INSTITUTE , I MUST SAY ATTENDING THIS INSTITUTE IS ONE OF THE BEST CHOICE I HAVE EVER MADE, GREAT TEACHERS WHOM WILL NOT BACK OUT ARE LOOK DOWN ON YOU, BEING THERE HAS THOUGHT ME ALOT THAT A BARTENDER IS NOT JUST A BARTENDER BUT PERSON WHO SOMEONE ELSE CAN LOOK UP TO . Attending the bars to training institute is one of the best choice i have ever mad , it has thought me not just how to be a great bartender but also how to express my self in what ever i do and to be the best at whatever i do . | Hi am a student at this institution and i must say the course is wonderful, you will learn so much don't look on bar tending as something you do because u can't get jobs anywhere else i am in the field courtesy of the Bars To Go Training Institute and trust me it is a wonderful field to venture into.
