Application forms are available at our main office or online |

Application fee of $1,000.00 payable upon receipt of application forms. |

Application forms must be completed and returned to Bars To Go training Institute |
|
Applications must be accompanied by two (2) passport size photographs along with originals of qualifying documents (e.g. CXC certifications) or applicants can do the Bars To Go Training Institute Entrance Test. |

| Conditions Of Enrollment (Summary) |
|
All applicants are expected to complete registration for courses at least two (2) weeks prior to their commencement. |
|
Late Registration will be permitted up to two weeks after commencement. Registration after this period may only be permitted at the discretion of the Training Institute Administrator. |
|
A non-refundable registration fee of J$1,000.00 must accompany the duly completed application form, obtainable at our main office 5 Central Road, Suite # 2, Kingston 10 or online |

Participants/companies may cancel their enrolment at no penalty provided that Bars To Go Training Institute is notified no less than two weeks prior to the commencement of the course. |

For cancellations thereafter, or if the student withdraws after instructions has begun, see Refund Policy for details. |

The Institute reserves the right to withdraw/postpone a scheduled course if the registration is insufficient for a complete class. In this event, Bars To Go Training Institute will refund all fees already paid towards the withdrawn course. |

Payment Plan: Ideally, course fees should be paid in advance, but the following payment scheme may be adopted: at least 50% of the fees must be paid before commencement and the remainder within 60 days of the start of the course (25 % the 1st of the 2nd month and the remaining 25% at the start of the3rd month. A 10 % processing fee will be charged for payment plan fees. Instalments paid after the 1st of each month will attract a late fee of $1,000. Manager's cheques should be made payable to BARS TO GO TRAINING INSTITUTE. Receipts noting courses will be issued to each company/participant. |
